Privacy policy
Last updated October 13, 2026.
This is the website of Andy's PGM (Professional Grounds Maintenance), a tree service, landscaping and grounds maintenance company in Sarasota, Florida. Here's what happens with the information you give us through it.
What we collect
The only information this site collects is what you type into the free estimate form: your name, phone number, the address of the job, what you need, any details you add, and a photo if you choose to attach one. If you call or email us instead, we have whatever you tell us then.
The site itself doesn't use advertising cookies or trackers. Our hosting provider may keep basic, anonymous traffic counts (how many people visited a page), which don't identify you.
How we use it
- To call you back, come out and look at the job, and give you a price.
- To do the work you hire us for and keep in touch about it.
- To keep a record of the request, so we can follow up if you have a question later.
Estimate requests are stored in the customer-management software we use to keep track of jobs. We use it for our own business only. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone else for their marketing.
If you upload a photo of the job, we use it only to understand the work before we come out. Your photo is resized on your phone or computer before it's sent, which also removes any location data stored in it.
Calls and text messages
When you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your estimate request and any work that follows. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOPto any text to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. We don't send marketing texts, and your phone number and text-messaging consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Your choices
If you'd like to know what we have on file, or want it corrected or deleted, call 941-504-8190 or email Andypgm22@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with the date at the top updated.
